Vespa Officina 8 is designed to commemorate Vespa's origins, its global success, and the profound importance of the first test center.
The Officina 8 editions of the Vespa Primavera and Vespa Gtv feature a completely new look. The warm industrial blue, with metallic detailing, brings contrast, lightness and a contemporary twist.
Built on vision, the capsule collection of apparel and merchandise
preserves the workwear aesthetic through industrial-style graphics, that project the past into the future.

Where it all began

It all began in 1944, when the winds of change blew softly across the Tuscan hills. The air was filled with a sense of freedom, and exciting times lay ahead as Italians looked to the future. Meanwhile in Pontedera, Enrico Piaggio wanted to produce his own version of a two-wheeler that was both accessible and reliable, and decided to use the family factory.

Disruptive evolution, the first of its kind

A top secret mission and a workspace known as the ‘Officina Sperimentale’ officially designated as Officina 8, where a select group of engineers spent their days tinkering and tweaking Vespa prototypes.

A selection of technical accessories and a bold and distinctive capsule collection of apparel and merchandise designed to match the scooter’s sleek aesthetic. The jet helmet, top box and protective gloves, with their sophisticated matte finish, are designed to complement the vehicle's color scheme. Collection garments flaunt a workwear allure, and include a waterproof windbreaker, cotton hoodie and classic crew neck tee with an off-duty style.
